WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
At the moment, via the website, I ship only to the Netherlands but I am looking into solutions to add shipping within the EU. If you are located in Dutch lands, you should expect your order shortly after it is dispatched. If you are not in the Netherlands, please get in touch via email@example.com so I can try to find a way to dispatch your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, however please get in touch if there is an issue with your order. You can use the same email firstname.lastname@example.org.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY ORDER?
I recommend storing your order away from other jewellery to avoid scratching and damage and you can gently clean with a damp cloth to remove marks and makeup etc.
